We have created this Privacy Policy to describe our commitment to your privacy and the protection of your personal data and information. This notice applies to all information that we collect and maintain while you make use of SPConvert File and details you provide at seminars and conferences to us and our business partners.

SPConvert File (“SPConvert File”) is a product and service created and owned by ItsZap Inc.

KEY FACTS

We do not sell your data. ItsZap Inc. will never sell or share your data with any third-parties. We act merely as custodians processing information on authorized user who controls and own data.

• Note: While we will never share your information with anyone, we may need to access to your data in order our system to process your request.

Your data belongs to you. Not only that but we treat your all of data as if they are private. We won’t look through them to collect information for our own purposes and we will never sell your data to anyone.

1. The information we collect and store

• Account information. We need some key bits of information in order to facilitate an adequate user experience and auditing.
• Registration information. We will store an e-mail address that you used to login to SharePoint Online or SharePoint on-premise. This email will also be used when we absolutely need to communicate with you. (For example if you need our support) We will never share or sell your e-mail address or send you unsolicited emails.
• Open authentication. You can login to SPConvert File by using your account from any of the popular social media platforms (Facebook, Google, and Microsoft). If you do this we will store an authentication token which is required by these providers to verify your identity. We will not have access to any critical information such as your email, password or friends list.
  • Note: If you choose to use SPConvert File through an open authentication provider, a fully-fledged SPConvert File account will be created for you behind the scenes which you can activate and access directly by providing a valid email address and password at any time.
• SharePoint. If you are accessing SPConvert File from a SharePoint site, we will store the host url from which you are accessing the application as well as a token which identifies you as a unique SharePoint user from that site. This information is secure in such that it is provided by Microsoft and only relevant to your SharePoint user account in the scope of the SPConvert File application.
• Your activity audit data. We log your activity for security purposes (included in the log is your unique user identification, access time and bytes processed) , but we will not share it with anyone.

2. How do we use the data we collection

• To facilitate login. We store your email and password in order to allow you to login to your SPConvert File account. If you choose to login using an external service such as Facebook we store some of the information they provide in order to associate your account.
• To provide the service. We treat your request and responses as information that is private to you. We will never store any of your request and response in our server without your concern. We will never sell or share your activities with anyone.

3. How do we secure your data

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We use SSL to protect your information while you use our web site and application. This ensures that your data is safe, secure, and cannot be intercepted while in communication.

Data Center. SPConvert File web site and databases are hosted in a data center, unless you are using an on-premises version of the application. The data center that is hosting our services is of first class and protected using the latest technology and people processes to secure the data of all clients of the data center. The data center is protected by Windows Azure Service Level Agreement.

On-premises installations. SPConvert File Enterprise versions support on-premises deployments, where the entire application is hosted at your company’s offices and servers. These private deployments keep the data within your network boundaries, where you (or your IT department) take control of how your data is secured, backed up and maintained.

4. How do we use cookies and other tracking technologies

Cookies are small text files a web site can use to recognize a repeat visitor to the web site. We use a cookie to store authentication information so you can use our system over a short period of time without authenticating. This session cookie is issued to your browser only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of your specific session. The session cookie does not include neither the username, nor the password. Most web sites use the same technology when you are logged in.

We do not use cookies to track your activity and to store other personal information or data. We do not read cookies that belong to other web sites.

5. Third-party cookies and tracking

The use of cookies by any of our partners, affiliates, web site analytics service and our service providers is not covered by our privacy statement. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

For example, we use Google Analytics to track the activity of our web site, just like millions of other web sites do. Google uses that information to track billions of users on the web to provide targeted advertisements, and in the opinion of many, invade your privacy. We cannot control any 3-rd party web site. 6. How can I access my information?

At any point in time you can access your data by following any of these methods:

* Use the SharePoint to log into your SPConvert File account and review your activities. You can reset your password if you do not remember it.
